According to Bloomberg, Nokia Siemens Networks has received approval from the Chinese government to acquire network and technology assets from Motorola Solutions. Since the suit between Motorola and China’s Huawei had been settled, Chinese government approval was the only major barrier left that prevented the deal from closing. The deal is expected to be finalized on April 29.
